General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by ELVIRA .

2. Products

The Seller offers for sale:

  • Shaping bodysuits and shaping jumpsuits .

Each product is described in detail.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value .

For any questions, an FAQ is available at the bottom of the "Information" page.

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros including VAT and free delivery .
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The ordering process includes several steps:

  • product selection(s)

  • shopping cart validation

  • entry of personal information,

  • choice of delivery method,

  • and payment.

5. Payment

Orders are paid for online , via the secure payment methods available on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The order is only considered final after confirmation of payment .

6. Delivery

The products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

  • Estimated delivery time : 7 business days

  • Delivery costs : free

In the event of a delay or transport problem, the Seller will inform the Customer.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation (European Directive 2011/83/EU transposed into the Consumer Code ), the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalties.

Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error attributable to the Seller.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, shaping items cannot be returned if they have been worn.

8. Guarantees

The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the products sold and for hidden defects , in accordance with applicable legal provisions:

  • Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code

  • Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code

9. Responsibility

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products.
The Customer is advised to follow the maintenance and usage instructions provided.

10. Data Protection

The information collected during the ordering process is necessary for processing and delivery.
They are processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law .

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before any legal action.
In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office .
