General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by ELVIRA.

2. Products
The Seller offers for sale:

  • Shaping bodysuits and shaping jumpsuits.

Each product is presented with an accurate description. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

For any questions, a FAQ section is available at the bottom of the "Information" page.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in [€ including VAT], with free delivery. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes full acceptance of these GTCS.
The order process includes several steps: product selection, cart validation, entry of personal details, choice of delivery method, and payment.

5. Payment
Payment for orders is made online via secure payment methods available on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
The order will only be considered final once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Indicative delivery time: 7 business days.
Delivery costs: Free delivery.
In case of delay or transport issue, the Seller will inform the Customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation (European Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed into the French Consumer Code), the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay penalties.
Returned products must be in their original condition. Return costs are bound by the Customer, unless the return is due to an error attributable to the Seller.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, shapewear garments cannot be returned if they have been worn.

8. Warranties
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the products sold and for hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. The Customer is advised to follow the usage instructions provided.

10. Data Protection
The information collected when placing an order is necessary for processing and delivery. It is processed in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office.
